The Artist

After moving to Cambridgeshire in 2006 I set up studio in order to continue with my journey into ceramics. My work has taken a direction in design which reflects my interest in museums and ancient artefacts.

All current work is made on the potters wheel, each piece is deconstructed, and then reconstructed. The surface of the pot becomes a canvas, capturing the momentum of the wheel and giving each form its own personality. I fire to stoneware as it takes the clay to the limits, testing my skills as a maker.
